Robert completely refurbished our 2 bathrooms. The original layout for the main bathroom had included a small separate toilet. By taking down a wall, Robert the owner managed to incorporate everything into a single much more spacious room. Additionally this then led to the roof hatch needing repositioning which we upgraded to a larger opening with integrated fold down ladder. With the help of his 2 assistants Robert undertook the entire job including the structural alterations personally, paying meticulous attention to detail throughout.
We had no fixed idea at the outset of what we might achieve but Robert inspired us with his imaginative ideas. His company specialises in the use of travertine floor/wall tiles and he has a real love of the material and is a true master of his art. Robert also incorporated underfloor heating into the design and totally redid the ceilings which had been in a poor state. He and his fellow workers were punctual at all times and a pleasure to have around and his respect for the property and his clean up afterwards further typified his professional approach. All this and to top it all his price was highly competitive and in line with others we tried. In short I can’t recommend this company highly enough – magnificent!!

Robert and his team completed a full refit of our small bathroom. He recommended compact fittings to enable us to maximise the space – would highly recommend him for help with the design aspect as he is good at listening to what you want and offering lots of options and explanations to help you choose. Robert and his team did a fantastic job and more. Apart from being friendly and very professional, they went out of their way to cause the least disruption possible as it was the only bathroom in the house. The quote was very reasonable and they managed to do everything in the time stated despite some problems arising ( not due to them). We hired Robert for a complete renovation of our ensuite shower room. In our experience, he is a fantastic plumber who would do anything to get the job done to the best spec. Robert came to our rescue when a dodgy bathroom fitter walked out on our job half way through. Robert was amazing. He assessed the work the previous guy had done and honestly told us what could stay and what needed re-doing. The finished shower room looks fantastic. Robert was professional, honest, hard working, thorough and communicated with us throughout the whole process. He charged us a very reasonable price for the standard of work he did. We do not have a negative thing to say about Robert.After being ripped off by a previous tradesman, he has restored our confidence and trust and we would be reluctant to use anyone else in future. I asked Robert to tile my bathroom and fit a shower, sink and toilet. I was amazed at the price he quoted. During the work he found that the new sink would not work as it was blocked further along the pipe. This was really a job for my Landlord but it was fixed free of charge.
